Kitchen with lake view and mountain air

I have been cooking in this house for 30 years, and since I come from Burgenland originally, that’s where I spend most of my off-time. My favourite place is the Körbersee kitchen, with the most beautiful view of the lake that you can imagine. At night, when only our overnight guests remain and silence sets in – that’s one incredible feeling. Also, there’s no other place where I sleep this well. Of course we work a lot when we are open, but usually we are done by 8 pm. In this job, that’s hard to find elsewhere.
